We, the undersigned, do not agree with Kailua Village Buisness Improvement District Plan.
We agree that our Kailua Vllage could be improved as far as security and cleanliness, but we feel
the County of Hawaii should take care of us via our tax dollars.
We do not want any extra financial burden passed on to us.
