Aloha Big Island of Hawaii, City, County, and State Officials,
We are HUI MANA ULU, a group organized to protect, represent, support, and defend issues such
as development forces that threaten our culture, history, and future. Our Keiki and Ohana remain in danger
confused and afraid of selfish acts of such heartless motions.
Proper management and security should be priority m areas, which contain great values to our
people. As officials, areas such as Punaluu, Ka'U forbids such actions as developers seek to destroy. We
need to protect and preserve, our past, present and future, for it lives within us the Hawaiian people. We
support the bill, which gives you, city and county officials' priority to preserve our ancestor's belongings,
for they can never be replaced.
We, the people of Hui' Mana Ulu hope and pray in the name of Ke Akua, you will let them
survive for our next generations rely on the peoples of our great Hawaiian Nation. We will focus on
keeping in touch with all aspects of hope and faith.
