Aloha Council members,
As some of you may remember from last Mondays hearing in Ka'u, I promised you a copy of my amended testimony.
I have attatched it to this email.
I am not sure that I support the resolution 169-07 as I have previously testified. The intent is good. I am seeing that as I
have witnessed in the past, the well meaning intent is overshadowed by the messiness of the process.
How can we work together as a team government/public when things are done in such a messy way. I would be happy to
meet with you to discuss my concerns.
