L.S.,
As a European Visitor to Hawaii I am not interested in seeing another resort or luxury homes built (Sea Mountain V)
at Punaluu Black Sand Beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. Punaluu Black Sand Beach is a gem. I come to see it and
the Natural Beauty of Hawaii. The undeveloped natural coastline of Ka'u is one of the most beautiful places on
earth, home of the endangered green sea turtle which is unfortunately fast disappearing. Please preserve this for
your own and my children and all future generations. Vote 'YES' on the Keolalani Hanoa Resolution (Resolution
169-07) to purchase 150 acres of shoreline at Punaluu.
Sincerely,
Fred Breitenstein
