Aloha,
[ am writing today to ask you all to please preserve Punalu'u. Please support Resolution 169-70. I am a resident of
Gunnison, CO. I have been to Hawaii 3 times for intensive study of Hawaiian massage and healing arts. Always we have
used Punalu'u as a place to
learn, study and explore the sacredness of Hawaii. I think it would be a tragedy to develop such a beautiful, pristine place,
not to mention the terrible impact development would have on the turtles and other wildlife. Hawaii is already growing
fast. Please act now to ensure that Hawaii keeps some her amazing open, undeveloped spaces.
