SUBJECT: WAIPIO VALLEY PEDDLING 'J
In a letter of September 6, 1997, you asked for advice on
the question of peddling at the Waipio Valley Lookout.
Section 22-31(a) Hawaii County Code, already prohibits
peddling in certain areas, such as Banyan Drive in Hilo, and
Palani Road, and parts of Waimea.
It would be quite simple to add the Waipio Lookout area to
this list, recognizing that as in so many areas of the code,
enforcement would be an issue.
