Dear Elise,
Pursuant to our telephone conversation, I would like to reconfirm our opposition to allowing vendors to
sell their good, products and/or services at the Waipio Valley Lookout.
As the owners of TMK's: 3~-8-4-5, 33, & 35, we feel that-aur property wi11 be negatively impacted by
the increased traffic and congestion at the lookout. As it is now, cars park along the shoulder of the
road and block access to our property. If there is to be commercialization at the Waipio Valley Lookout,
it should be done in a planned and orderly manner, not by permitting street vendors or lunch wagons to
conduct business without providing for additional parking, rubbish pickup and other public services.

appropriate.
