R~ _ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. c°~ ~`6 (graft 2) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE <br /> 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-271, schedu]e 19 <br /> (Prohibited left turn areas), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered <br /> and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Route 180 at Route 11, for south bound motorists between the hours of <br /> 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday extent holidays. <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New materia] is underscored. <br /> In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
