Attached is Resolution 169-07, Draft 3, as approved by the Committee on Finance at its meeting of
June 19, 2007. The amendments were approved as delineated in Communication 349.442, dated June
19, 2007, and further amended by striking "such as Ka`u Preservation, Inc.," in the 13ei WHEREAS
clause and by adding okinas that had been left out in the spelling of Punalu`u.
