Aloha Hawaii County Councilmembers,
Please vote YES for Resolution 169-07. This is exactly what the Public Access, Open Space,
and Natural Resources Preservation Fund was established to accomplish the preservation
of special spaces.
We lost a very special resource in our other black sand beach and Queen's Bench to the
Volcano. Please, let us not lose this last beautiful southern resource to development that
is not essential to the wellbeing of Hawaii County residents.
Now is the time for us to look to the future for more sustainable ways of living and
learning in our communities. This is one chance Hawaii has to make a change for the
better.
Please support the community, protect the 'aina--vote for Reso 169-07.
