Hawaii County Councilmembers
Aloha Hawaii County Councilmembers,
Auwe no hoi e! lilo paha ka aina honua i na malihini i ka hoowalea. Again, the lands of
Hawaii are being used and abused for the pure enjoyment of the Tourist and developer,
whose gain is purely enjoyment and money based. Then what about the native people's of -the
land, what of us and our cultural habitat. Is there no politicians that can with stand the
onslaught of developers and just say, ROLE! No. We dont need to lose any open space for
ones enjoyment, and at the extent lose our precious land and endangered species. Has a
hawaiian language teacher, places like Punaluu are used as my classroom teaching my
students the rich history of Kau from mountain to the sea. 2 soley dont agree to
resolution 169-07 of developing the Ka'u coastline for foreigners. Leave it alone He Pua
