Dear Council,
I am a European (from the Netherlands). As a visitor I would be interested to see the natural beauty of Hawaii. I would
not be interested in seeing a resort or luxury homes. I heaz there aze plans to build these at Punaluu Black Sand Beach on
the Big Island
of Hawaii. I hear that the undeveloped natural coastline of Ka'u is one of the most beautiful places on earth. My wish as a
potential visitor to Hawaii and as a concerned world citizen is that the Black Sand Beach is preserved so future
generations can enjoy the beauty and species keep theft habitat. Therefore i plea that you vote yes on the Keolalani Hanoa
Resolution to purchase 150
acres of shoreline at Punaluu.
Sincerely,
Francine Rietberg.
