Home My WebLink AboutRES 243 Draft 01 2006-2008 ?tv,w COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII h•~ N~~ RESOLUTION NO. 24~ 07 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) WHEREAS, Waiakea Recreation Center needs to replace torn and worn out mats; and WHEREAS, Waiakea Recreation Center is a heavily used facility in East Hawaii where youths and adults from all over the Island come to train and practice; and WHEREAS, replacing of the kick boxing and physical fitness classes for adults mat will increase the health and safety of each user; and WHEREAS, user of the Waiakea Recreation Center has requested funds to purchase, replace and install the new mats for the public safety; and WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of Pazks and Recreation to be used towards the purchase of mats at Waiakea Recreation Center; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $9,200 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-council SVC -Contingency Relief $9,200 CREDITED TO: 010.500.5507.02 Department of Pazks and Recreation $9,200 Recreation Division OCE (Waiakea Recreation Center -mats) BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Pazks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
