Aloha Hawaii County Councilmembers,
Please vote YES on Resolution 169-07. It's a win-win for everyone in Ka'u. The communi.ty-
based plan for Punalu'u will protect the environment, save the culture, educate the
people.
Don't sacrifice that for luxury homes and resorts that will only make it harder to live in
Ka'u.
Two years ago we visited the Punaluu beach and were worried about over crowded beach use
then. We wondered if the sea life was getting stressed at the amount of people & suntan
lotion in the water at that time. Please don't let dollars destroy the ecology.
