Dear madam, sir,
As a European Visitor to Hawaii I am Not at ALL interested in seeing another resort or
luxury homes built at Punaluu Black Sand Beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. There is
enough of that in the world. What we need are unique places formed by nature. So I come
to see the Natural Beauty of Hawaii, which is fast disappearing. The undeveloped naturai
coastline of Ka'u is one of the most beaut i.ful places on earth. Please preserve it for my
children and all future generations. Vote yes on the Keolalani Hanoa Resolution to
purchase 150 acres of shoreline at Punaluu.
In the long run this is the best economical descision you can make.
Please trust us on that. Otherwise you will in time destroy your unique selling point:
the undeveloped natural coastlines. Please notice that our view in this e-mail represents
much more Dutch and European people. They don't respond just because they don`t know about
the plans to built another resort.
Sincerely,
Saval de Haas and Ernest Lange
