Re: Bill 156 Draft 6
Attached to this memorandum is a clean version of Bill 156, Draft 6. The
amendment were officially proposed via Communication No. 200.31, dated
April 27, 2007. The communication proposed the elimination of draft 5's clause
(iv) to be replaced by a new clause (iv) as detailed in Communication No. 200.31.
No other changes were made to draft 5.
