SUBJECT: Request for Abandonment and Sale
Of Government Paper Roads
Portion of Nuipea - Ka`ala, Hamakua, Hawaii

Enclosed is a resolution which authorizes the abandonment and sale of the government
paper roads to Kenneth and Jennifer Grace. An independent appraiser has determined
that the fair market values are $25,000.00 for the roadway PR-41, with an area of
19,919 square feet and $34,000.00 for the roadway PR-42, with an area of 28,955
square feet.
