RE: Bill 106, Draft 3
Relating to Affordable Rental Housing Classification
Attached is Bill 106, Draft 3 that reflects amendments to Bill 106, Draft 2, outlined in Communication
No. 438.3 and duly approved at the County Council meeting on June 20, 2007.
The amendments consist of the following:
1. Changes the word "fiscal" to "calendar" in the definition of "Certification of rental rate"
contained in SECTION 2 (page 2, 3rd pazagraph).
2. Deletes the word "that" in the definition of "Certification of rental rate" contained in
SECTION 2 (page 2, 3`d paragraph).
3. Changes the word "fiscaf'to "calendar" in paragraphs (h)(1) (page 5), (i)(2) (page 6) and
(j)(I) (page 6) of SECTION 4.
4. Corrects the spelling of the word "Statues" to "Statutes" in paragraph (j)(2) of SECTION
4 (page 6).
