As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Did not wish to make a formal complaint but stated he would email me the photograph taken of the helicopter and that tail numbers came out to Hawaii County.
