My Jean Meyer and 2 support Resolution 169-07 introduced by Councilmember Bob Jacobson
which authorizes the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for the acquisition of
the Punalu'u Beach Park, Ninole Pond and adjacent lands (totaling 150 acres) in the
District of Ka'u, Pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 42, Hawaii County Code.
