SUBJECT: Housekeeping Amendment to Proposed Amendments to Bi1151, Draft 4 dated
July 4, 2007.
Within the proposed amendments to Bi1151, Draft 4 submitted by this Office on July 4,
2007 there is an error requiring rectification.
On page 20 of the transmittal communication and page 30 of the bolded version of the
proposed amendment, section 27-20(e)(3) incorrectly cross references section 27-24.1.
Section 27-20(e)(3) should read:
"(3) Comely with the requirements of section 27- .
Section 27-20(e)(3) refers to an entirely new section I am proposing be added to chapter
27. Therefore, a complete section number cannot be assigned at this point. Within the bolded
version of the proposed amendment in Bill format, this new section appears within SECTION
16. The Reviser of Ordinances will assign a new section number should the proposed
amendment be approved by the council and Bi1151 becomes law.
