I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your approval on the Ka'u resolution. You
have no idea how much this means not only to the people of Ka'u, Hawaii and the
surrounding areas but to all of us from the UMD Communication Department. The intense
beauty, culture and spirit of this place had a drastic impact on my life and the livesof
the people I was there with. So MAHALO so very very much for saving our beautiful
Punalu'u!!!
