We are owners of a condominium unit at Colony One in Sea Mountain. County Resolution
169-07 will have a direct impact on us and our property. It will probably affect all of
the Colony One owners more than any other residents of Ka'u since we would be surrounded
by the proposed park area.
We do not have a Post Office Box in Ka'u, so were unable to express our views concerning
your survey.
We hope that you will accept this message as a vote for the Sea Mountain Five development.
