The "survey" was sent to PO Box's, with one response, there are three registered voters at my PO Box alone. What if we disagree, how do we respond?? At the request of the committee you have held one public meeting, with a majority of testimony favoring 169-07,' you then postponed the vote until another meeting in Kona, where again a majority of the testimony favored 169- 07 even though the developer was allowed to make a presentation on a very public issue. If I read 169-07 it is a request to protect the coast through the utilization of public money and does not even mention anything for or against development. It has been again postponed and now Mr. Yagong has initiated this sham survey. Is this going to continue until Mr. Yagong gets the answer he and the developer aze looking for or is the council going to serve the people as it was elected to do and vote on 169-07. The friction and disharmony in Kau that Mayor Kim refers to seems to have a lot to do with the inaction of our county council. You are the leader, please lead. Thank you William Savage Comm.
