Thank you Mr Jacobson for being proactive in the issue of saving Punaluu area. It was a
difficult task and you were able to focus on the issues despite the adversity, including
Mayor Kim. He seems to not care about Kau and is willing to sit back and delay as long as
possible. He seems to have a negative attitude and I personally wonder why he bothers to
get out of bed in the morning because he will "just have to get back in at the end of the
day". We need more leaders interested in doing something rather than sit back and wait~for
everything to go wrong. I avoid politics because of the stress and ugliness in general.
You are refreshing and i appreciate your caring about all of us here in Kau. Many thanks
to you and your family for sticking with us. Aloha.
