To the Hawaii County Council,
Thank you for making the right decision and voting to enter into negotiations to purchase
Punalu'u and its surrounding areas. 2 visited this land as a student from the University
of Minnesota-Duluth during the summer of 2005 and saw how much the land meant to the
people in the area. I would really hate to ever see more of the beautiful beaches
populated by condos and resorts. Hawaii is such a beautiful state and I feel the
preservation of it is critically important to to it's people.
Thank you again and I hope you continue to make the right choices.
