A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii through Resolution No. 512-06, accepted the
donation of land located at the Old Hakalau Mill Site, Lot 3D, containing an area of 3.182 acres,
more or less, of the Hakalau Estates Subdivision, situate at Hakalau Nui, in the District of South
Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 2-9-002:080 from Continental
Pacific, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to
the Department of Pazks and Recreation to be used for the placement of one regular and one
ADA portable restrooms at the Old Hakalau Mill Site, Lot 3D for the duration of one (1) yeaz at
the cost of $3,950; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $3,950
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,950

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forwazd a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Pazks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
