Ordinance 98-17 on the 1998 General Election Ballot
The attached proposed resolution, relating to the County Charter amendment proposed by
Ordinance 98-17, is hereby respectfully submitted for your favorable review and consideration.
The proposed resolution is required by Section 15-2, Article XV, Hawaii County Charter,
entitled, "CHARTER AMENDMENT OR REVISION".
