SUBJECT: Presentation to the Committee on Planning - ,
Status of the North and South Kohala CDPs.
As you know, the County of Hawaii Planning Department has initiated the process for developing the
North and South Kohala Community Development Plans (CDPs).
As part of our community outreach, the Planning Department along with the Depaztment of Reseazch and
Development and project consultant Townscape Inc., would like to provide an informational presentation
to the Committee on Planning on the current status and expected outcomes of the North and South Kohala
CDPs.
We would appreciate your attention on this matter and are requesting that this item be placed on the July
24, 2007 Planning Committee Agenda.
