Re: A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and Finance Director to Negotiate a
Three-Year Lease Agreement with the University of Hawaii for Lands to
Conduct Biofuel Crop Experimentation.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Finance Director to enter into a
three-year lease agreement with The University of Hawaii at Hilo for 120 acres of
county land at Koholalele.
