Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 184, Draft 2 with the following
minor amendments:
1. Page 3, Condition C. Insert the word "development" into the first line and
change the "Change of Zone" to the lower case.
2. Page 3, Condition D. Add (es) to access in the first line.... Driveway access(es)
3. Page 3, Condition E. Insert "in a manner" after constructed in the third line and
delete the comma in the fourth line.
4. Page 4, Condtion G. Replace the word pay with"make" and replace the word
address with "mitigate the" in the first line.
Insert the word "subject"into the second line, and add "pazks and recreation"
Add "acceptable to the director in consultation with the affected agencies" to
the eleventh line.
5. Page 5, Condition I. Change the commas to semi-colons and add the word "and"
to item #3
