We are concerned by the impacts of the development on the Kanoelehua Avenue/Puainako Street intersection and the Puainako Street/KTA mauka driveway. To date, we have not received the TIAR that we requested in our letter, STP 8.2353, dated December 12, 2006 (enclosed). We respectfully ask the County Counci] to defer action on the Council Planning Committee's recommendation to approve the Ginger Patch rezoning until we have the opportunity to review the TIAR and recommend conditions of approval to mitigate its impact on our roads. To speed our review process, two copies of the TIAR should be sent to me and one to Stanley Tamura, District Engineer, Highways Division, 50 Makaala Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
