Re: A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and Finance Director to Negotiate a
Three-Year Lease Agreement with the University of Hawaii for Lands to
Conduct Biofuel Crop Experiments.
Enclosed is a resolution that would authorize the Mayor and the Finance Director to enter
into athree-yeaz lease agreement with The University of Hawaii at Hilo for 120 acres of
County land at Koholalele to conduct biofuel crop experiments.
