My name is Mary Rillanos, born and raised in the islands up to age 5
and spent my entire adult life here on the Big Island. I am here to
speak on Resolution 16907.
At this time, I don't have a position for or against the Resolution. I
need to have some questions answered; and hopefully, this Council
can answer my questions.
1. If the County purchases the 150 acres, what plans, if any, does
the County have for this land purchase?
2. Will there be gyms for basketball, volleyball? Tennis courts?
Baseball fields? Swimming pools? ATV and/or equestrian paths?
3. What would the cost be for the taxpayers.
