Hello!
My name is Juanito Tabudlo, Jr. I am speaking on Resolution
16907.
At this time, I don't have a position for or against the
Resolution. I need to have questions answered; and, hopefully, this
Council can answer my questions:
#l. If the County purchases the 150 acres, how many jobs will
this generate for the Ka'u district?
#2. Would the County develop affordable homes? How many homes are
being proposed? And these affordabl® homes would range in
cost from what to what?
