Dear Hawaii County Council Members,
I am writing in favor of Bill 74. [believe this project is the right usage and type for this
area.
This project will create many entry level, some mid-management and fewer still upper
management positions. These jobs will give its participants an opportunity to earn an
income whether as primary, extra cash, or as an educational experience for future growth,
this development can provided them this enrichment.
In conclusion I ask that we use logic, common sense and capitalism to guide us as we
make decisions on such projects. To use any other premise would have put into motion
practices that may lead to an unwise and imprudent decision making process.
I thank you for your time and efforts put forth in this project.
