Attached is Bill 82, Draft 3 that reflects amendments to Bill 82, Draft 2 outlined in
Communication No. 306.6 and duly approved at the County Council meeting on July 25, 2007.
Please note that ramseyering of Bill 82, Draft 3 has been improved to accurately reflect the
changes made to Ordinance No. 02-21 by Bill 82 and its subsequent drafts. These ramseyering
changes only have the effect of providing accurate ramseyering of amendments to Ordinance No.
02-21 that have previously been accepted.
