SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution 278-07 - A RESOLUTION
TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME
TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
Attached for your consideration is Draft 2 which proposes an amendment to Resolution
No. 278-07. The following ramseyered text shows the differences between this proposed draft
and the existing draft.
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation, Culture and Arts Division [as-a-g~t] t~rovide financial
assistance to the Hawaii Island Veterans Memorial, Inc., a nonprofit 501 (c)3, to be used towards
the 15` Annual Veterans Day Parade; now, therefore,
