SUBJECT: Ordinance amending chapter 18 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as amended) relating to public transportation
Submitted for your consideration, please find an ordinance to amend Chapter 18, article 4,
division 1, subsection 18-90(h), Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) to
extend the original two-year time period of the designated transportation kokua zone until
December 31, 2009.
