A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN
APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND
ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND
ACCOUNT(S)
This is to transmit Resolution 278-07, Drafr 2, which was the result of an amendment adopted at
the August 1, 2007 County Council meeting. The following ramseyered text reflects the
amendments made.
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation, Culture and Arts Division [as-a-g~t] to the Hawaii Island
Veterans Memorial, Inc., a nonprofit 501 (c)3, to be used towards the 151 Annual Veterans Day
Parade; now, therefore,
