RE: Attached Bill
Attached you will find Draft 2 of Bill No. 193 which amends Section 21-36.1 of the
Hawaii County Code relating to wastewater service charge rates. As no formal motion
was made at the Council meeting, a draft inclusive of an appropriate effective date will
be forthcoming.
Draft 3 will provide for a retroactive date of February 1, 1998, to accomodate billing
cycles. Should this bill pass, customers can expect to pay the new rates as of their April
billing.
