Dear Chair Hoffmann:
Pursuant to Sections 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges,
immunities and liabilities regarding a proposed resolution in the above-entitled matter.
This submittal is to correct our previous request for executive session, where we
erroneously cited Section 92-5(a)(5).
We ask that this matter be placed on the Council's agenda at its next scheduled
meeting on August 22, 2007.
