We strongly oppose House Bill 193 becau~:e it is uuFair to our seniors on fixed income and penalizes homeowners who s'r low constunption users of dle water system.. ~Ve are willin~o_pay out fair shay of the cost of maintaining our wastewater system, but we are not willio, to pay somebody else's cos[!
