RESOLUTION NO. 3(19 07
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, promotes
multiple clinic for the children of the Big Island of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, the Ka Lae Iki Baseball Clinic works with our children to reach their
potential in their baseball skills through this recreational endeavor; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to
the Depaztment of Parks and Recreation for the Ka Lae Iki Baseball Clinic; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount is hereby transferred appropriated asset forth below:

OUT AND FROM:

CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.21 Department of Pazks and Recreation $1,600

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forwazd a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Pazks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the teens of
this resolution.
