AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 07-83, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2007 TO JUNE 30, 2008.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 07-83, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008,
is hereby amended by increasing the following project:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Queen Lili'uokalani Village LCC Replacement -County
(110.699.5696.10) 500,000] 850 000
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 350,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
