RE: Naming the "West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery"
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule of the Rules of Procedure of the council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to Bill No. 2~, pursuant to
Chapter 15, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995), naming the "West Hawaii
Veterans Cemetery -Pu'u Ho'omaha O Na Po'e Koa O Hawaii Komohana," waiving
said referral from the Committee on Public Works and Parks in order that appropriate
action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such waiver be
gra~nt1ed.
