This <br /> project will connect lots in the Honoka'a town area, currently serviced by large capacity <br /> cesspools, to a collector system serviced by a wastewater disposal system. The additional <br /> funding will come from the State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan <br /> program and is needed for the anticipated remedial construction work associated with <br /> portions of the existing Lehua Trunk sewer.
