Applicant: Malulani, Inc. Attached is Bill 139, Draft 2 that reflects an amendment to Bill 139, outlined in Communication No. 565.2 and duly approved at the Committee on Planning meeting on August 21, 2007. The amendment adds a new Condition "E" under Section 2, setting forth a new required minimum number ofoff-street parking spaces. The new Condition "E" reads as follows: "E. Notwithstanding Section 25-4-51(al(5), the project shall provide a minimum of one and three-quarters pazking spaces for each unit, or the rectuirements of Section 25-4-51, whichever is greater. The minimum off-streetparking spaces for this ~roiect shall initially be 42 spaces." The old paragraphs numbered "E" through "R" have been renumbered as pamgraphs "F" through "S," respectively.
