Applicant: Waikoloa Mauka, LLC Attached is Bill 113, Draft 3 that reflects an amendment to Bill 113, Draft 2, outlined in Communication No. 481.3 and duly approved at the County Council meeting on August 22, 2007. The amendment adds language from Condition "H" that was inadvertently omitted in the initial submittal of Bill 113. Communication No. 481.3 also noted that condition "H" had been altered to Condition "J" due to previous amendments. Therefore, condition "J" reads as follows: "J. Before final subdivision approval, applicant must obtain reclassification of the RA-la zoned area from the State Land Use Commission to the Rural or Urban district. Prior to the submittal of plans fora rg ading or anv associated permit for a golf course to the County for review and approval, the applicant shall consult with the Waikoloa Villaee Association and the County Council relative to the timine and propriety of such use.
