RE: A Resolutiion Authorizing the Waiver of Parking Meter Fees
to Accommodate the Twelfth Annual Hilo Mazdi Gras on Februazy 21, 1998
Pursuant to Section 1 (d) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regazds to Resolution No. 223 regarding the
above subject matter, for waiving said referral from the Public Works & Pazks Committee so that
appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such waiver be granted.
